Answering Your Questions About Natural Remedy For Heartburn

    Mandy asks…

    Natural Heartburn relief?

Does anyone have a natural remedy for heartburn relief?
Cant afford protonix and nexium does nothing for me and I cant keep eating tums and Pepcin AC.

    MonroyPro answers:

Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice, otherwise known in it’s supplement form as DGL, usually does the trick. These are chewable tablets that taste like a combination of strong black licorice and baby food. If you can get past the taste, this really works. They’re also pretty inexpensive. They actually help heal the esophagus as well, so they’re good for acid reflux.
If you have chronic heartburn and you don’t want to worry about having to take something for it, keep in mind that most cases of heartburn are caused by something in the diet. Smoking, excess alcohol, and coffee can all contribute to heartburn. Those are just the usual suspects. Not as well known is that excessive carbohydrate consumption, dehydration, or PH imbalances can be the underlying cause of heartburn. If you suspect any of these, drinking Aloe Vera may give some relief. Good luck.

My son has gout and his new insurance carrier through where he works has declared the medicine that he takes a “tier 3″ medication and will no longer cover it.For him to pay out of his pocket-170.00 bucks for a 28 day supply is not in his budget. Is there an alternative for his dilemma, such that can be had at the local health food store.

    John asks…

What is the best homeopathic remedy to get rid of body odor permanently and in what potency?

I have tried nitricum acidum 200 C and it only worked for a while.

    MonroyPro answers:

The homeopathy did not work for you at all – do you realize that 200C means the remedy’s active ingredient has been diluted out to a ratio of 10 to the power of 400?

To put this into perspective – As there are only about 10 to the power of 80 atoms in the entire observable universe, a dilution of one molecule in the observable universe would be about 40C. 200C would thus require 10 to the power of 320 more universes to simply have one molecule in the final substance. Homeopathy doesn’t work, can’t work, and the overwhelming body of research and evidence shows it is a placebo treatment only. Steer clear of this delusion.

In any case, you’ll never permanently rid yourself of body odor.

Homeopathy – there’s nothing in it.

Homeopathic remedy for gynecomatsia (male breast) and over weight?

I am about 25 kg overweight. Most of the weight reside on my buttocks, chest, thighs and belly. My chest is very huge and i have developed gynecomatsia.

Is there any remedy for such a cure. I want to get rid of gynecomatsia and reduce my weight.

    MonroyPro answers:

Conium Maculatum. 1M(1000C) one dose every fortnight. One dose is maximum three globules. The medicine has been found useful in many cases. Individuals respond differently. If other symptoms like virtigo on movement of the eyes are there, the medicine should certainly work.

Above is information. Consult a doctor before administering medicines.

Answering Your Questions About Natural Products For Oily Skin

    Joseph asks…

What natural skin care products work the best for occasional breakouts/oil skin?

Hell everyone! I have been on my skin care journey for about 3 years. I’ve used so many products ranging from Proactive to regular over the counter products like Neutrogena. I have decided to change to non-chemical products, I want to try out natural skin care products due to the fact that I’ve noticed more irritation with the chemical products. My skin is oily and i also have moderate/minor breakouts mostly pimples/whiteheads. Can you suggest any natural skin care that i can purchase over the counter that will give me great results.

    Thanks in advance

    Laura asks…

What products work for oily skin? ?

I tried bare natural, and a lot of other products foundations but they don’t work for me so I want to try something eels any ideas? Thanks

    MonroyPro answers:

Use an oil free moisturiser before applying your make up, make sure it is labelled non comedogenic as wel so it won’t block pores. Then apply a mousse foundation over it. Mousse foundations absorb oil and keep skin looking matte. You could also try oil absorbing blotting sheets, clinique has some.

Answering Your Questions About Herbal Remedy

    David asks…

Does anyone have a herbal remedy for Insomnia and migraines?

I have been suffering from migraines and insomnia for aprrox 3 months. My doctor says they are probably related to each other. He has given me serval types of pain pills, and sleeping pills. Which work. But make me sleepy, and sluggish the next day. I work as a registered nurse so I know about the prescription medications. But of course we were never taught about Herbal remedies. Does any one have any that really work. I am having a real hard time with this because I have a demanding job and a family to take care of. And I feel completely worn out. My doctor does have me set up with specialist. But my appointments are not for some time.
    I don’t do illegal drugs.

    MonroyPro answers:

Have you tried melatonin for sleep? You can buy it at any vitamin store or drug store. You take it about two hours before bed time. It has no side effects and no “sleep hangover” in the morning. If that doesn’t work, there is a new prescription med called Rozerem. It is like a high potency melatonin and I’ve seen people have pretty good luck. Both Rozerem and melatonin may take a week or so to really know if they are working.

I just started taking magnesium for migraines. So far, so good. I have read numerous studies touting the benefits of magnesium and most suggest 250-500 mg/day.

    Hope something works for you.
